Reassign a General Delivery

To reassign the recipient for a General Delivery, navigate to the Deliveries tab within the SwipedOn web dashboard and find the delivery you wish to reassign from the list.

  • Click on the recipient button to the right of the delivery as shown below, and this will then give you the ability to select a new recipient.  
  • Type in the first three letters of an employee that is uploaded within the SwipedOn account and this will display all employees with those same characters for you to select from and reassign the delivery to. 
  • Before reassigning, you can also choose to enter a message that will be sent within the Email Notification to the new recipient. Once completed, click 'Add recipient' to make this change.
  • The General Delivery will now show one less delivery here with the newly assigned recipient showing in the line below.

Reassign current delivery recipient

To reassign a recipient, navigate to the Deliveries tab within the SwipedOn web dashboard and find the delivery you wish to reassign from the list.

  • Click on the edit button to the right of the delivery as shown below, and this will then give you the ability to change the recipient.  
  • Click on 'Change' next to the current recipients name here and type in the first three letters of an employee that is uploaded within the SwipedOn account and this will display all employees with those same characters for you to select from and reassign the delivery to. 
  • Before reassigning, you can also choose to enter a message that will be sent within the Email Notification to the new recipient. Once completed, click 'Save' to make this change.
  • The newly assigned recipient will now show, replacing the original recipient and sending an email notification with the message if applied in the above step.
