Have a new iPad that needs to be connected to the account? No problem! Simply follow the steps below to add a new device to the location.
Adding another iPad (single location):
- Log into the SwipedOn web dashboard.
- Navigate to the 'Devices' view.
- Click on the 'Add Device' button in the top right corner.
- Enter the name of this device e.g. Front Lobby.
- Click on the 'Add New Device' button.

Adding another iPad (multiple locations):
- Log into the SwipedOn web dashboard.
- Navigate to the 'Locations' view.
- Click on the 'Devices' tab at the top of the screen.
- Then click on the 'Add Device' button located in the top right corner.
- Enter the name of this device e.g. Front Lobby.
- Select the location that this iPad will be assigned to.
- Click on the 'Add New Device' button.

Connecting the iPad:
Once an iPad has been added to the location, this will generate a unique device ID that the SwipedOn iPad app will ask for in order to log into the account and sync the data.
