How to enable employee sign-in questions

Firstly, ensure your iPad is running the SwipedOn version 2.18.0 or later.

Navigate to the Settings tab and click on the Employee Settings view, towards the end of the page are the 'Employee Sign-In Questions' that you can set.

Here you can set these up as open-ended questions using the 'text' field or a closed-ended question using the yes/no field.

As you can see in the above screenshot, each field can also have the 'required' checkbox enabled in order to ensure the employee must respond in order to sign in.

Below is the view the employee will see on the iPad once the above fields are configured. As you can see, it shows what fields are required for the employee to fill out and then once completed, they tap the sign-in button to the right of the screen.

Within the Employee Timeline of the SwipedOn web dashboard is where this information can be viewed and if required, exported into a CSV file.

*Please note, employee question fields support a max of 255 characters.
