Customers in Australia will be required to have an accurate street address associated with any SwipedOn device located in the state of Victoria, to help comply with new local government COVID-safe regulations.

If you have a SwipedOn account with one location, click Devices on the sidebar. You can then search for the address of your location in the Address field (you may need to click the arrow next to your location's name to see this). Select a result from the search to save the street address for your location.

If you have an Enterprise account with multiple locations, click Locations on the sidebar. On the Groups tab, review each of your locations by clicking the arrow next to the location name to expand it.
