Enabling SMS Notifications

SMS notifications can also be enabled/disabled from within your web dashboard, to achieve this, please find steps below: 

  • Navigate to the 'Settings' tab.
  • Then tap on 'Notification Settings'

Formatting the Phone Number

Specific formatting is required in order for SMS notifications to function correctly.

*Please note to always include the country code in the prefix (this can be done by selecting the country flag if adding an Employee one at a time.) and ensure the leading 0 has been dropped.


Purchasing SMS Credits

SMS credits are "Pre-Paid" and can be purchased in bundles. SMS credits can be purchased from within the SwipedOn web dashboard.

  • Navigate to the 'Settings' tab. 
  • Click on the 'Account' tab.
  • To the right of the page is an option to select SMS packages as shown below.

After purchasing an SMS bundle, you will see the SMS credits are automatically applied, this is also where you can refer to in order to keep track of how many SMS credits are remaining on your SwipedOn account.

*Please note, the SMS pricing will appear in the currency that has been selected when subscribing or updating your account details.
