Enabling SMS Notifications

SMS notifications can also be enabled/disabled from within your web dashboard, to achieve this, please find steps below: 

  • Navigate to the 'Settings' tab.
  • Then tap on 'Notification Settings'
  • Then click on the 'Use SMS Notifications' check box to enable or disable this feature. 

Formatting the Phone Number

Specific formatting is required in order for SMS notifications to function correctly.

*Please note to always include the country code in the prefix (this can be done by selecting the country flag if adding an Employee one at a time) and ensure the leading 0 has been dropped.

Purchasing SMS Credits

Now, it's easier than ever to use SMS notifications, with the SwipedOn Unlimited SMS plan. Simply add it to your monthly or annual SwipedOn subscription, and send all the messages you need, without having to manage a balance of credits.

Or you can choose to purchase an SMS credit pack if unlimited SMS are not going to suit your requirements. 

  • Navigate to the 'Settings' tab. 
  • Click on the 'Account' tab.
  • To the right of the page is an option to manage your SMS credits. 
  • Click on 'Manage'
  • Select the SMS pack you would like to apply or subscribe to our monthly or annual unlimited SMS plan to take away the worry around managing credits!
  • Click on 'Add Credits' to complete this process. 

After purchasing an SMS bundle, you will see the SMS credits are automatically applied, this is also where you can refer to in order to keep track of how many SMS credits are remaining on your SwipedOn account.

*Please note, the SMS pricing will appear in the currency that has been selected when subscribing or updating your account details.
