Carbon Copying

SwipedOn now provides you with the ability to insert a second email address on an employee's contact details in turn allowing multiple employees to be notified when a visitor arrives on-site.

Configuring a second email address

  1. From within your dashboard, click on the Employees link and identify an employee account that you would like to add a second email address to
  2. Click on the pen icon to edit your employee details
  3. Enter in an email address within the Assistant Email (CC) field

After you've configured a second email address on your employee contact card, when a visitor signs in both your employee and their assistant will receive the same email notification.

*This is only applicable for valid email addresses. Visitor notifications will not be sent to mobile numbers inserted into the Assistant Email field.
